No. CRE8 Steel is an independent matching service. It builds nothing itself and holds no contracting license. A request made here, or on any of the building sites, is handed to one partner steel building contractor in North Florida, who prices the work and builds it under its own contract and license.
Nothing, and asking carries no obligation. If a request ends in a job, the contractor may pay a referral fee to this network. That is how the sites are paid for.
One contractor. Your request is not sold to a list of bidders. The partner contractor calls or texts the number you give, talks the project through and prices the parts of the job you want them to take on.
Because the questions are different. A hay barn is planned around bale stacks and loader access, a hangar around wingspan and door choice. Each site covers its own options, has its own planning guides and asks the questions that matter for that building.
Yes. The quote page on every building site opens a 3D designer where you set the size, doors and colors. Choosing "Request a quote" in the designer attaches the model to your request, so the contractor sees what you sketched.
No. The price of a steel building depends on the site's wind design, the slab and site work, the doors and how much of the job is included, so a number without those would mislead. The contractor quotes your project once they know them.
A building you live in is permitted as a dwelling under the Florida Building Code, and a steel package comes with drawings sealed by an engineer for the wind speed and exposure at your site. Florida has a farm-building exemption for nonresidential farm structures, but it does not cover a house, and the county decides what applies to your parcel.
